Conservator as Detective, with Joseph Godla, Conservator, The Frick Collection, was presented on Friday, May 7, 2010.

Focusing on a single sixteenth-century French dressoir, a sideboard for storing china and glassware, participants learned how Conservator Joseph Godla discovers, analyzes, and interprets physical evidence — clues that enable him to evaluate the authenticity of objects.
