Interlibrary Lending Request Form

You must be a registered researcher at the Frick Art Reference Library to request materials through interlibrary lending. To learn about registering to use the Library, see General Information.

The Reference Staff will notify you when requested materials are available.

Directions for Requesting Interlibrary Loans

• Search FRESCO, the online catalog. If a needed item is not available at the Library, fill out required fields* and relevant fields listed below to request an item from another library.

Monday through Friday

9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Saturdays

First-time researchers must bring a photo ID and arrive before 3:00 on weekdays or 11:00 on Saturdays

Closed Sundays, holiday weekends, Saturdays in June and July, and during the month of August

The Library is open to all adult researchers free of charge
