Periodicals published between 1931 and 2006 and auction catalogs published between 1996 and 2007, as well as other materials, are stored at an off-site facility. They require forty-eight to seventy-two hours for retrieval. Requests placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

You must be a registered researcher at the Frick Art Reference Library to request offsite materials. To learn about registering to use the Library, see General Information.

If you are unsure when requested materials will be available, call the Reference Desk at 212-547-0641 or email library@frick.org.
