Directions for Asking a Reference Question

• Use complete sentences.
• Be as clear and as specific as possible.
• Include as much information as you know about your question. This will help provide a better answer.
• Indicate basic reference sources that you have consulted.
• Fill in all fields.

Responses

• A member of the Reference Staff will respond to your reference question within 10 business days.
• Responses will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
• Responses to requests for photocopies or other additional printed materials will be sent by mail to the address you have provided together with an invoice (if applicable).

First-time researchers must bring a photo ID and arrive before 3:00 on weekdays or 11:00 on Saturdays

Closed Sundays, holiday weekends, Saturdays in June and July, and during the month of August

The Library is open to all adult researchers free of charge
