Returns accepted with receipt within 60 days of purchase.

Shipping Rates

There is no shipping fee for Concert Tickets or Memberships. All Concert Tickets and Memberships are mailed via the United States Postal Service. For Memberships please allow two weeks for delivery. Concert Tickets are mailed two weeks prior to the date of the concert. Tickets ordered during the week preceding the concert will be held at the door.

All domestic orders are shipped by FedEx Home Delivery (delivery time 1-7 days from date of shipment). All orders to Canada are shipped by FedEx International Ground (delivery time 3-7 days from time of shipment). All international orders are shipped by FedEx International Priority (delivery time 1-3 days from time of shipment).

All orders are shipped within 1-5 days from placement of order.

Express service is available for domestic and Canadian shipments. For domestic orders, customers may choose FedEx Priority Overnight for an additional $20 fee, or FedEx 2nd Day for an additional $10 fee. For Canadian orders, we offer FedEx International Priority (delivery within 1-3 days of shipment) for an additional $30 fee.

Overnight orders must be placed before 2 pm EST on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please note that overnight shipments placed after 2 pm EST on Friday, all day Saturday, all day Sunday, and all day Monday will not be shipped until the following Tuesday.

Orders to Australia, New Zealand, and Japan will be charged an additional $20 fee.

Oversize or heavy shipments may require additional shipping charges.

Please note that for international orders, recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes.
