Acoustiguide audio tour
The Frick Collection is pleased to provide an Acoustiguide audio tour, a random-access, handheld, digital audio guide that offers recorded information about masterpieces in the permanent collection. The system, which provides up to three hours of material in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish, is included in the price of admission. The flexibility of the Acoustiguide audio tour is particularly well suited to The Frick Collection, where installations do not follow a chronological scheme but instead blend paintings, sculpture, and decorative art from various periods. Topics can be selected or repeated, in any order, or skipped entirely, giving the listener freedom to create an individual tour. Audio about works of art (in English) is also available on our website, collections.frick.org and through our Frick app on Bloomberg Connects.
While the Acoustiguide tour does not include special exhibitions, free audio guides of temporary exhibitions are often provided via the Bloomberg Connects app and our website.
For additional information, see Accessibility. For more information about the tour technology, see Acoustiguide.com.
