The Frick Collection is an art museum consisting of more than 1,100 works of art from the thirteenth to the nineteenth century, displayed in the intimate surroundings of the former home of Henry Clay Frick. The residence, with its furnishings and works of art, has been open to the public since 1935. It is one of the world's most perfect museums; its sister research institution the Frick Art Reference Library is of equal distinction.

Job Summary

Accounts payable data entry: record and produce payment for all invoices using Blackbaud, manages back-up paperwork/filing for same. Working in collaboration with Payroll and Benefits Coordinator the A/P clerk also ensures timely payment of benefit premiums and wage garnishments.


Ideal for a student enrolled in an Associates degree program or working toward BBA. Excellent data entry skills. Excel experience helpful. Familiarity with QuikBooks, Blackbaud Financial Edge experience helpful. Superior organizational skills and ability to interact well with vendors and colleagues at all levels.

Work Hours and Compensation

15 hours per week, completely flexible schedule between 9:00 and 5:00, Monday through Friday. Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
