Online Guided Visit Request Form

Online Visits for Schools, Colleges, and Universities
To request an online visit, please fill out this form at least two weeks in advance of your preferred program date. An educator will be in touch with you soon.
On which date would you like the online visit to take place?
Online visits can be scheduled Monday through Friday.
Online visits last approximately 45–60 minutes and are typically scheduled from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. (ET). Please indicate your preferred time.
Online guided visits are conducted via the Frick’s secure Zoom account. We are happy to create the meeting and share call-in information for you to pass along to your students. If your school requires that you use a different platform, please indicate which one in the “additional information” field below.

Please share the number at which you can currently be reached, whether that is your personal or work phone number.

Online guided visits can accommodate a maximum of 40 students.
We are happy to tailor online visits to meet the interests and needs of participating students. Please note in this field if you are interested in incorporating sketching during a visit, or an introduction to the Frick Art Reference Library. To incorporate sketching, students should come prepared with something to draw with, though no special materials are required. Note in this field if you are interested in purchasing a group ticket reservation to visit Frick Madison. (Lecturing is not permitted in the galleries.)
After submitting this Online Guided Visit request form to The Frick Collection, you will be redirected to a page that confirms your submission. If this confirmation page does not appear, or if you are having other problems with submission, please contact, or call 212-547-0704 and leave a voicemail message.
