Online Guided Visit Request Form

Online Visits for Schools, Colleges, and Universities
To request an online visit, please fill out this form at least one week in advance of your preferred program date. An educator will be in touch with you soon. 
On which date would you like the online visit to take place?
Online visits can be scheduled Monday through Friday. 
Online visits last approximately 45 minutes and are typically scheduled from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. (ET). Please indicate your preferred time.
Online guided visits are conducted via the Frick’s secure Zoom account. We are happy to create the meeting and share call-in information for you to pass along to your students. If your school requires that you use a different platform, please indicate which one in the “Notes” field.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR GROUP

Online guided visits can accommodate a maximum of 30 students.
We are happy to tailor online visits to meet the interests and needs of participating students. Each program session focuses on works of art from the Frick’s permanent collection.
Please share any additional information about your students' interests, abilities, or needs, in addition to information about other preferences for your visit.
