Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion at The Frick Collection

The Frick Collection recognizes the necessity of addressing longstanding issues of racism and inequity in museums and cultural organizations across society. As an institution that is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming space for the public and providing a working environment that values and supports all of its employees, we are taking steps to ensure that both our internal and external policies and practices align with these goals.

We have engaged Sandra Bonnici and Levon Williams, DEAI Senior Fellows with the American Alliance of Museums, to advise us in developing a formalized plan that examines existing practices and supports continued progress in these areas.

We embrace the opportunity to advance these important changes, which will strengthen our mission and vision for an equitable institution for the enjoyment and benefit of all.
