General Admission

Policy

  1. Timed-entry tickets must be purchased in advance. Reservations encouraged for members.
  2. All requests to rebook tickets must be received at least one day in advance of your reservation.
  3. Admission without a reservation is not guaranteed. Tickets must be reserved ahead of time. 
  4. Children under age 10 are not admitted.
  5. Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred.

Discounted and Free Admission

  1. Discounted admission is available for people with a disability/disabilities, and free admission is extended to a care partner.
  2. Free admission for AAM, ICOM, and NYC Museums Council Members: Present a valid card at the Ticketing desk to receive two complimentary tickets for the next available time slot. Alternatively, you may reserve general admission tickets online for a specific time and we will refund your purchase of up to two tickets upon presentation of your card.  
  3. Free admission for Reciprocal Members: Present a valid card at the Ticketing desk to receive two complimentary tickets for the next available time slot. Alternatively, you may reserve general admission tickets online for a specific time and we will refund your purchase of up to two tickets upon presentation of your card.  
  4. Free admission for staff at another museum: Present a valid museum staff ID at the Ticketing desk to receive two complimentary tickets for the next available time slot. Alternatively, you may email admissions@frick.org for the current promo code. Enter the code on the payment page and click the “Apply” button to receive your free ticket(s). Please arrive for your visit with your confirmation email and museum ID.

Tickets for Members

Policy

    Members are guaranteed access to Frick Madison but must make a reservation online. If the date and time you prefer is not available, please contact the Membership Office at members@frick.org or 212-547-0707.
  1. Guest Policy for Members:
    • Individual memberships admit one individual.  Additional tickets may be purchased at a discounted rate of $10 each.
    • Dual memberships admit two individuals.  Additional tickets may be purchased at a discounted rate of $10 each.
    • Memberships at the Contributing Friend level and above admit four individuals.  Additional tickets may be purchased at a discounted rate of $10 each.

  1. If you are having difficulty reserving tickets online, please refer to these step-by-step instructions.
  2. Immediate complimentary tickets for members 
    • It may take 1–2 business days for a permanent membership ID to be generated and recognized in our ticketing system. The ID that you receive in your initial confirmation is a temporary ID. 
    • If you are looking to reserve complimentary member tickets to Frick Madison immediately upon joining or renewing as a member, please proceed to our Join page. Thank you for your support!

Reserving Tickets | Instructions for Members

  1. Visit frick.org/tickets and choose "Tickets for Members" option located in multiple places on the page.

  2. Enter your Member ID Number and click “Verify”.

  3. Choose an available date for your visit.

  4. Select the time for your visit. Then, press the plus arrow "+" to add the number of complimentary tickets your membership level allows (Individual=1, Dual=2, Contributing Friend and above=4). Add $10 member guest tickets for any tickets you’d like beyond your level’s allotment.

  5. Scroll down and press "Place Order" after adding the correct numbers of tickets to your cart.

  6. Read and agree to the COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines, then press “Submit and Continue”.

  7. Enter Name, Email, and Phone Number, then press “Continue to Review”.

  8. Review all details, then press “Checkout”.

  9. Order confirmation with order number means you reserved tickets successfully.
