General Admission
Policies
- Advance timed tickets are required, except for members. Members may present their membership card or confirmation email for free entry and can purchase additional guest tickets at the Admissions Desk.
- Admission without a reservation is not guaranteed.
- Only children ages 10 and older are admitted.
- Tickets and member benefits may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred, unless authorized by the Frick.
- We are unable to accommodate requests to rebook tickets.

Tickets for Members
Policies
- Members are never required to reserve tickets in advance. Simply present your membership card or confirmation email for free entry. If you would like to purchase discounted guest tickets, you may do so at the Admissions Desk upon your arrival.
- Guest Policy for Members:
- Individual memberships admit one individual. Members at this level receive a discounted ticket ($17) for one additional guest per visit.
- Dual memberships admit two individuals. Members at this level receive discounted tickets ($17 each) for up to two additional guests per visit.
- Memberships at the Contributing Friend level and above admit four individuals. Members at these levels receive discounted tickets ($17 each) for up to four additional guests per visit.
