Music at the Frick fills the Stephen A. Schwarzman Auditorium with concert programs that expand how we interpret the collection. The 2026–27 season brings internationally celebrated artists and Frick debuts together in repertoire spanning centuries and musical styles. Embracing both historical performance and contemporary voices, the series celebrates the vitality of live music heard in the auditorium’s warm, resonant acoustics.

Tickets are released in two phases:
2026 concerts (October–December)

2027 concerts (January–May)
- Member presale: Tuesday, December 8
- General public: Tuesday, December 15
All sales begin at 12:00 p.m. ET.

Member presale tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the presale is sold out, it will close, and additional tickets will be released during the general sale.
All concert tickets include access to the museum up to two hours before the performance begins.

Garden Court Concerts
The 2026–27 season brings new, free pop-up concerts to the Frick’s iconic Garden Court. These performances offer musical selections that resonate with the special exhibition Siena: The Art of Bronze, 1450–1500. Rather than a traditional concert experience, these programs are conceived to be heard in passing or in stillness—guests are welcome to continue moving through the galleries as the music unfolds, and a limited number of seats will be available in the Garden Court.
Free with museum admission; no additional tickets required. Garden Court concerts will be 30 minutes in duration.

About Concerts
A Tradition of Extraordinary Musical Artistry
Since 1938, the Frick’s concert series has captivated audiences with performances by world-class soloists, chamber groups, and pioneering early music ensembles. Following a hiatus during the institution’s renovation and enhancement, the series returned in April 2025 with a six-concert Spring Music Festival in the new Stephen A. Schwarzman Auditorium.
