Age Policy
Children under age 10 are not admitted.
Ticket Sales
All sales are final; programs, artists, and dates are subject to change.
No more than four tickets per concert can be purchased at one time.
In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email with information on refunds or rescheduling.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may give your ticket to someone else. The Frick Collection is not responsible for tickets purchased or transferred through unauthorized third-party sellers. Any disputes arising from third-party transfers must be resolved between the original purchaser and the new ticket holder.
Seating and Late Arrival
All seating in the Stephen A. Schwarzman Auditorium is reserved. Your ticket indicates your assigned seat, and guests are asked to sit only in their designated seats.
Doors open 45 minutes prior to the performance. Please arrive with ample time to be seated before the performance begins. There is no late seating. Doors will close promptly at the posted performance time, and latecomers will not be admitted until intermission (if applicable).
Guests who leave the Stephen A. Schwarzman Auditorium during the performance will not be readmitted until intermission, if applicable. Please note, not every concert will have an intermission. Check the event pages for up-to-date program information.
This policy is in place to ensure an uninterrupted experience for both performers and fellow audience members.
Electronic Devices
All electronic devices must be silenced prior to entering the Stephen A. Schwarzman Auditorium. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during performances.
Coat Check and Personal Belongings
A complimentary coat check is available on the Karen Z. Gray-Krehbiel and John H. Krehbiel Jr. Lower Lobby, directly below the James D. and Barbara N. Reibel Reception Hall. Guests may access the coat check via the stairs or elevator.
All bags are subject to inspection upon entry to the museum. Large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas are not permitted in the Stephen A. Schwarzman Auditorium.
Please note that food and drink are not permitted in the Stephen A. Schwarzman Auditorium. Water fountains are available on the auditorium lobby level.
